Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with xRepAI. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including the website visitors you deploy the widget to. If you see a conflict between this policy and your contract with us, your contract controls.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or help anyone else break the law.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the Service for deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or promote hate, violence, or self-harm.
- Distribute malware, or collect or process data about people without a lawful basis and any required notice or consent.
AI-specific restrictions
- Do not present Lina’s output as human-authored where the law requires AI to be disclosed, or configure the assistant to deny that it is an AI when asked.
- Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without appropriate human oversight.
- Do not submit to the Service sensitive data it is not designed for, such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or special-category personal data, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer the underlying models, prompts, or training data, or use the Service to build a competing product.
Security and integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication.
- Do not access the Service by any means other than our documented interfaces, scrape it, or exceed documented rate or usage limits.
- Do not overload or disrupt the Service, for example through denial-of-service traffic or automated abuse.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or share your access except as your contract allows.
Your responsibilities toward your visitors
If you deploy the widget on a website, you are responsible for the visitors who interact with it. You must provide the privacy notices and obtain the consents the law requires, must not deploy the widget on sites whose content violates this policy, and must configure the assistant so it operates honestly and within these rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access to protect the Service and others, with or without notice depending on the severity. A serious or repeated violation may lead to termination under our Terms of Service.
